The team assembled by the prime contractor from the
corporate head through the construction manager to the onsite superintendent and QC managers were devoted to providing a quality product on time and under budget.

The contractor furnished timely payroll records and complied with all labor
laws in an outstanding manner.

Materials provided were very good. Submittals were timely and complete.

Any discrepancies in the contract documents were brought up with more than enough time to address them through RFIs without delaying the schedule.

All scheduling deadlines were met, the schedule was updated accurately on a monthly basis and exceed the baseline set by the contractor.

They never had to be reminded of anything and anytime an issue arose the contractor called the EIC to let him know what the issue was and how they were fixing it to prevent any type of delay.

All deliveries were coordinated with the work going on onsite as not to clutter the work area and only deliver stuff to the job site when it was being installed.

The initial BDC 329 was submitted within 3 days of the IJM and the updated version was submitted the same day the contractor found out the supplier was not qualified to supply the commercial grade ATS that was required for the job. 

The contractor went above and beyond to complete submittals in the first three days of the project being awarded.
